Giving the Deepestest Thankfulness to Those Who Helped Me Find the Light
Last week, I had one of my favorite birthdays. Because in 2018, February 16th is also the first day of the Chinese New Year, I participated in a huge Lunar New Year party in The Webb School. Although it is not held not only for me but also all other Chinese students and faculties who were parts of the school, I still feel satisfied. The Reason why I felt so happy about my birthday is not only because of that party but also some other details which moved me. To start with, after someone announced February 16th was my birthday in chapel, many people, both my friends and those I wasn’t familiar with, said happy birthday to me. In China, Because my birthday is always at the time when my peers were enjoying the Chinese New Year with their family, they hardly ever send a personal birthday wishes to me on my birthday.
